Why do my videos look different after I upload? |

Your videos may look a little different after you upload because they are automatically processed on our web servers and converted from whatever format you uploaded in, to flash files. This decreases file sizes which means quicker downloads and better site performance in general. This also make the files and our web site much more browser compatible than if we used just (as an example) .avi or .mov files in their native formats. OK, we also copied the youtube concept because we thought if it was good enough for them, it would certianly be good enought for us (and you).
