We have been inundated with requests for songs and features while this is very encouraging, it's also difficult to get a quick reply back to every person who sends us a message. The good news is that we are currently developing an internal feature which will allow us to process and respond to all requests in a much more timely manner. We expect that feature to be ready sometime tomorrow (Thur Aug 9th) so please be patient Also thank you again for the suggestions as some of them have been excelle ..... Full Story |

Take a look at the sheet music section of your local music store under "rock" and you will see that Zep books easily out number all others. So it would seem that is what most people are interested in learning and the result will be a considerable amount of Zep added to this site on a regular basis. Also since 99.9999% of their music is based on guitar and Jimmy Page was at the helm, they seem a perfect fit for this project. We also have contributors (such as Jun626 of youtube fame) who can crank ..... Full Story |

Their are no tabs here because certain music publishing organizations are waging an all out war against tablature sites. They are threatening legal action and successfully forcing the shutdown of major tablature site in the US. While we would love to fight back, the odds of winning that case are about as good as winning the lottery... Full Story |

As a contributor, while uploading videos you will see an option which allows the playback of your videos in "regular speed" or "regular speed" AND "slow motion". If you select the slow motion option, the videos you upload are converted into (2) separate videos. One is in regular speed and the other is in slow motion. So the visitors get to pick which video to see. We do not suggest using the slow motion option for videos which contain speaking as all the audio is dropped by one (1) full octave. ..... Full Story |

Your videos may look a little different after you upload because they are automatically processed on our web servers and converted from whatever format you uploaded in, to flash files. This decreases file sizes which means quicker downloads and better site performance in general. This also make the files and our web site much more browser compatible than if we used just (as an example) .avi or .mov files in their native formats. OK, we also copied the youtube concept because we thought if it was ..... Full Story |
