As you may already know vanderbilly.com launched this past Saturday (Aug 4th) around 12:45AM and while a small number of users experienced random errors, for the most part the launch was successful. The response has been entirely positive and on the first full day of operation (Sat) we served up just over 12,000 page views and received over 100 song requests. This is more than we had expected so we are pleasantly surprised. We will continue to add more videos every few days and you may have noticed that Jun626 (of youtube fame) published (3) amazing videos yesterday so a big thanks to him for that. We also received a few bug reports and we are working hard to correct any errors and to optimize the site to accommodate the future and existing traffic.
Thank you to everyone for visiting the site and we sincerely appreciate your comments, suggestions and requests. We will do our best to fulfill all song requests but it takes times so please be patient. Also please remember to tell your friends, make posts about us in the forums you visit and please link us to your site.
New video are coming online almost everyday so bookmark us and enjoy our free, slow motion and highly accurate guitar videos.
